This will be required for reservations lasting more than an hour or costing more than £30. We have options for paying online, in the salon, or through a secure link delivered through email. Since these are entered immediately into our card terminal, we do not retain any card or address information.

Any deposits or prepayments made for appointments that are either canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or for which a client fails to show up are not refundable. Another deposit will be require if a new appointment needs to be booked again.

Arrivals

Please be on time for your appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate being late for any reason. If we have scheduled appointments following yours, we may not be able to honor your booking due to late arrivals, or your treatment duration may need to be shortened.

Late Arrivals

We recognize that being late occasionally is sometimes out of your control. Whenever possible, we will try to accommodate late arrivals. (within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment) by providing the fullest scope of care within the time available at the full cost. Unfortunately, if you arrive past 15 minutes from the start of your appointment, you will be charged in full, and no future appointments will be scheduled until the bill is paid.

We recommend that you plan ahead for your visit to BeautyOnDeck. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have about our location, parking and travel options.

Skin/Patch Tests

A skin or patch test is necessary for some of the treatments we provide at least 24 hours before the session.

These are necessary for any procedure involving chemical peels, Fat Dissolving Injections and Microneedling. All treatments that need a skin or patch test are labeled as such.

Treatments will need to be rescheduled or canceled if a skin/patch test is missed. Client safety and insurance-related reasons are behind this.

A customer will be required to come in for a new skin/patch test if they haven't had a treatment that calls for one in at least 6 months. The money will not be refunded if a client cancels a patch test appointment for which a deposit has been paid.

Complaints Procedure

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with the services they get at BeautyOnDeck.

We are aware that mistakes can occasionally be made, though. If this does occur, we'll work to correct the situation as soon as possible. If you are dissatisfied with the service you have gotten, this protocol explains how to bring it to our notice.

We will make sure that all grievances are investigated, recorded, and addressed when necessary to avoid recurrence.

The best and fastest way to solve any issue is to contact us right away by sending an email to hello@beautyondeck.com.

No Shows

A "no-show" is when a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment and fails to give the salon advance notice that they will not be attending. In the event of a no-show, we will get in touch with the customer to make arrangements for payment for the money lost because another client could have scheduled the appointment.

Clients who have previously missed appointments will typically need to pay in full in advance for subsequent visits. This will be at BeautyOnDeck's discretion.

Future reservations may be rejected or canceled if the expenses associated with missed appointment(s) or repeated missed appointments are not paid.

Special Circumstances

Yes, pregnant women can undergo a variety of treatments as long as the first trimester has passed.

In the event of morning sickness, a 24-hour decrease in fetal activity, vaginal bleeding, or if the client is on bed rest, we will not administer any treatments.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 or over to receive massage treatments. For all other treatments you will require written parental consent. We reserve the right to refuse performing treatments on any guest who is under the age of consent.

Client Consultations

Before starting any treatments on a new client, our therapist will ask them to fill out a client consultation. If you don't, we'll decline to administer your therapies. When filling out this form, kindly let us know if you have any allergies, health issues, or injuries that could affect how well we can serve you. Before starting therapy, it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your situation. In order to keep our data current, we also reserve the right to request that you complete the client questionnaire every six months.
